Jiang Xiheng, vice president of the China Center for International Knowledge on Development, an institution affiliated to Development Research Center of the State Council of China, said that the Belt and Road Initiative will greatly enhance South-South cooperation and will help China's experience spread more widely to help more countries find growth engines.
However, she added that all the experience should be understood in the context of China and be used as a reference as some elements that have defined China's success might not exist in other countries.
