A cartoon exhibition focusing on East China's Huichang county opened in Huichang, Jiangxi province, on Monday.
More than 1,200 entries by illustrators from 36 countries, including China, Italy, and France, are on display at the expo. The cartoons shed light on the anti-poverty achievements Huichang and China have realized in recent years.
