Watch it again: Keep the Olympic spirit alive
The ninth episode of the China Daily series Youth Power, titled "Keep the Olympic spirit alive", will be broadcast online at 8 pm Beijing time (7 am EST) on Monday, Feb 28.
During the Beijing Winter Olympics Gen Zers have come under the spotlight with their shining personalities, including grit, passion, sportsmanship and the Olympic spirit.
For this episode we have invited athletes, volunteers, journalists and those involved in winter activities, many of them Gen Zers, to Beijing to talk about the Games and the wonderful experience of taking part in winter sports.
In the coming Winter Paralympics we hope to see participants from around the world bond through interaction that transcends language, race and geography, and in which Gen Zers will play a major role.
Youth Power, organized by China Daily, aims to build a global platform for communication and exchange, focusing on the interests and ideas of Generation Z.
