State Grid Shandong branch powers local industry
The East China's Shandong province is well poised to further promote rural revitalization, with continuous efforts in advancing smart manufacturing industry and improving agricultural irrigation practices.
A smart manufacturing industrial park has recently been built in Caoxian county, Heze city, aimed at contributing to the production and sales of hanfu, the traditional attire of the Han ethnic group in China. Work has also been done to promote the hanfu e-commerce industry in the county.
Endowed with an advanced industrial cluster, Caoxian witnessed 7.22 billion yuan ($1 billion) in hanfu sales last year. The county currently has a total of 2,282 firms, 13,989 online stores, and 100,000 employees devoted to the hanfu business.
In order to better support the smart manufacturing of hanfu, the State Grid's Caoxian Power Supply Co has stepped up efforts to provide high-quality services for its customers.
Cooperating with the local government, the company said it regularly carries out investigations in the county, aimed at promptly identifying and eliminating electrical hazards that could hinder the development of the industry.
The company said has set up multiple service stations in large communities and villages that are close to the hanfu factories, warehouses, and e-commerce firms. Making full use of the public resources, the service stations have actively explained relevant policies to its customers, gathered their suggestions, and conducted energy consumption analysis.
