The year-end bonus for the 150,000 employees of Huawei in 2012 will reach 12.5 billion yuan ($2 billion), up 38 percent year-on-year, said Cathy Meng, chief financial officer of Huawei and daughter of company founder Ren Zhengfei, on Monday. The company reported 220.2 billion yuan in sales revenue, up 8 percent year-on-year, the CFO said.
