Menus hit by shortages

The depletion of China's native pig species is posing a few problems for chefs.
Several traditional dishes require pork from a particular breed to achieve the right flavor.
According to a report in Oriental Outlook magazine, restaurants are having to wipe dongporou, a popular pork dish, off their menus, as Jinhua pigs become a rare breed.
