To inherit and preserve traditional Chinese embroidery, Kesi-art, the gallery of Beijing’s Gengzhitang, known as an archaic-tech center, has collected and exhibited ancient pieces from the Ming and Qing Dynasties since the 1980s.

Some masterpieces have been awarded gold, silver, and bronze prizes by the Chinese Artists Association and have been chosen to be displayed in domestic and international specialty exhibitions.

The organizers dedicate their lives to protecting the culture of ancient palace embroidery. Since the 1990s, the organization has studied and produced a series of Kesi-art pieces allowing this ancient craft to be recognized by modern generations.
