零食可是辦公室里不可缺少的小點(diǎn)哦。看看Brian 和 Mary是怎么談?wù)摮粤闶车陌伞?
Brian: Would you like to have some ice-cream? I've got a variety of flavors
for you to choose from. I've got strawberry, peach, chocolate, coffee, vanilla
and praline.
布萊恩：要吃冰淇淋嗎？我這有好多口味讓你挑，有草莓的、桃的、巧克力的、咖啡的、香草的，還有果仁的。
Mary: Wow! What choices you have! I wish I could, but I just can't. I'm on a
diet to lose weight.
瑪麗：哇，這么多種！要是我能吃就好了，可是不行啊，我在節(jié)食減肥呢。
Brian: Come on, it's just a bite. It doesn't really hurt to have just a
bite.
布萊恩：哎呦，就咬一口嘛，不會(huì)影響你減肥的啦。
Mary: I'd better not. Please don't tempt me. Please!
瑪麗：我還是不吃了。求你了，別勾引我。
Brian: Gee! You are really strong-willed.
布萊恩：哈，你意志還真堅(jiān)定啊。
Mary: You're damn right. I'm not so easily coaxed into doing something that I
think is wrong.
瑪麗：沒錯(cuò)。想勾引我做不好的事不是那么容易的。
Brian: Well, I'd better not tempt you. Otherwise, if I give you a piece of
cake, you might ask for a glass of milk.
布萊恩：那我還是不勾引你了。要不然你該得寸進(jìn)尺了。
