A total of 100 couples tied the knot in a group wedding co-hosted by the Xiamen Workers Union and Xiamen Evening News in Jinmen County on Nov 3.

The couples – all Xiamen residents - took the ferry to Jinmen, and it was the first time some of them had visited the county.

Undeterred by the rain, the bride and grooms walked hand in hand under umbrellas.

They later posed for a group photo at the Workers Union in Jinmen and then headed to various tourist attractions, such as Deyue Building, Zhongshanlin and Jinmen’s landmark, Lvguang Building.
