During the May Day holiday, Tangshan of Hebei province received a total of 625,300 tourists from both home and abroad, with the revenue exceeding 401 million yuan.
The Tangshan Municipal Tourism Administration had launched a large-scale advertising campaign in Northeast China before the May Day for the publication of its tourism.
Many activities were held in the scenic spots of Tangshan during the May Day holiday. The natural and ecological tourist products became more popular, especially with the coming of Spring and the blooming of flowers.
