Round-the-Po Lake road to build next year

Round-the-Po Lake road will start construction from June 2013 to the end of 2015, as reported from the City Highway Bureau on Oct 16.

The road starts at Xiejiatan, Poyang county and ends at Zhongling, Jinxin county. It will be 128 kilometers long and meet second-class road standards with a total investment of 1.3 billion yuan ($220 million).

The completed road will be a major traffic line in Po Lake and contribute to tourism and economic development in Poyang and surrounding counties.
