The 4A-rated Yiwanquan Scenic Spot belongs to the Xinjian Production and Construction Corps' Sixth Division and lies at the north side of the renowned Tianshan Mountains. Earlier this year, the 100,000 tulips from 29 species were planted on 2700 meters of blank land. They are in full bloom after being carefully cultivated by Qitai farm workers.
