我們原來說過“裸辭”，指還沒找好下家就辭職的現象。如今，不少職場新人都流行“閃辭”，剛入職幾周或幾天，如感覺工作不順利就干脆辭職走人。
Young people quitting their jobs very shortly after starting - within three months or even three days - for reasons beyond the comprehension of older workers, is a relatively new phenomenon in China, and has spawned a new term, "flash quit".
年輕人在入職后很短的時間內，比如3個月甚至更短的3天，因為一些在老員工看來無法理解的原因而辭職，這是新近出現在中國的一個現象，由此產生了一個新興詞匯“閃辭”。
The real reason behind this normally goes to: failure to adapt to the workplace atmosphere, not feeling happy in the job, or not achieving self-fulfillment.
“閃辭”背后的真正原因通常為：無法適應職場工作環境，工作得不開心，無法實現自我價值。
