我們每個人可能都有過這樣的經歷：事情發生的時候怎么也反應不過來，事后想想要是那么做就好了。這在英語就叫after-wise（事后聰明）。
After-wise means "wise afterwards or too late" - or in other words, the perfect term for describing that feeling of knowing exactly what you should have said (or done) after the opportunity to say it (or do it) has passed you by.
“事后聰明”是指事情過去以后才覺悟，或聰明得太晚，也就是說，在說或做某事的最好時機過去后，自己才知道該如何去說或做。
例句： You are more after-wise rather than wise.
你這是事后聰明，事前可不聰明。
