“海淘”、海外代購，最擔(dān)心所購的物品在途中因種種原因被查扣，不少人希望，從海外網(wǎng)購時(shí)能像在國內(nèi)一樣，幾天就順利到貨，不用擔(dān)心任何風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。如今，這種想法已經(jīng)能實(shí)現(xiàn)了。9日，深圳海關(guān)在前海灣保稅港區(qū)啟動(dòng)跨境貿(mào)易電子商務(wù)網(wǎng)購保稅進(jìn)口試點(diǎn)。通過該電子平臺(tái)，“海淘”變得跟國內(nèi)購物一樣簡單。

Credible retailers picked for the platform store their products in the bonded area. When a customer places an order, the retailer will be responsible for customs declaration. A personal postal articles tax will be levied and after that, the retailer would mail the package to the buyer. Any amount lower than 50 yuan ($8) is eligible for a tax waiver.
被選為試點(diǎn)企業(yè)的可信的零售商把進(jìn)口貨物囤在前海保稅區(qū)，當(dāng)消費(fèi)者下單時(shí)，零售商將負(fù)責(zé)報(bào)關(guān)。報(bào)關(guān)時(shí)將繳納行郵稅，之后零售商將把包裹寄給購買者。單個(gè)包裹的進(jìn)口稅應(yīng)繳額在人民幣50元（合8美元）以下的，海關(guān)予以免征。
Qianhai Bonded Port（前海灣保稅港區(qū)）日前啟動(dòng)了一個(gè)pilot e-commerce platform（試點(diǎn)電子商務(wù)平臺(tái)），這個(gè)平臺(tái)可以簡化海外購物的customs clearance procedures（報(bào)關(guān)程序），讓消費(fèi)者迅速收到包裹。
消費(fèi)者只需下單和交錢，報(bào)關(guān)和繳納personal postal articles tax（行郵稅）都由電商平臺(tái)代勞。過去自己海淘的消費(fèi)者不但要忍受繁復(fù)的程序，而且要等很長時(shí)間（通常超過半個(gè)月）才能收到貨，此外還要冒著買到counterfeit goods（假貨）的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。
