第22屆亞太經合組織經濟領導人會議紀念封和紀念車票在北京發行。

紀念封（commemorative envelope）、紀念郵票（commemorative stamp）以及紀念車票（commemorative bus ticket）等都是為了紀念某件事或者某個人而專門設計印發的信封、郵票或車票，紀念封上通常還會加蓋日期戳或者紀念郵戳（commemorative postmark）。

另外，在發行紀念郵票的首日，貼用該種郵票并蓋有首日普通郵戳或紀念郵戳的信封稱為“首日封”（first-day cover/envelop）。
